LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED

NEW BUSINESS:
A Notice of Intent was filed by Geo-Services for Michael Shimkus for 3 School House Road, Princeton, to remove, fill, dredge or alter an Area Subject to Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act for a septic system replacement.

A Request for Determination was for the Providence & Worcester Railroad Right-of-Way in Princeton for the Vegetation Management Plan.  No work is proposed within wetland resource areas.  Vegetation control will conform to the Guidelines set for in Mass Right of Way Management Regulations and the preface to the Wetlands Protection regulations relative to right of way Management.  The PCC will contact the railroad regarding a site visit.  
Other Business:     A Request for a Certificate of Compliance was filed by Michael Kaake for 37 Coal Kiln Road, Princeton, DEP File No. 267-0345
OLD BUSINESS:  A continuation of an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Andrysick Land Surveying for Robert Porter/K&R Revocable Trust for Map 3 Parcel 8 on Westminster Road, Princeton, MA, for wetland delineation of a vacant lot.
